General provisions

This site belongs to MOFT Uzbekistan, the official distributor of the MOFT brand in Uzbekistan. By using the site and placing an order, you accept these terms. We may change them, and a new version takes effect on the update date at the top of the page

Products and availability

We sell original MOFT products. We keep descriptions, specifications, prices and stock up to date, but they may change without notice. If a product turns out to be out of stock, we will tell you before confirming the order and offer a replacement or refund your money

Ordering

Orders are placed through the site cart or through the Telegram bot @MOFT_UZ_bot. The same range is available in our store on Uzum. Prices are shown in UZS

Delivery

Delivery in Tashkent is free and takes 1-3 business days. We process orders Mon-Fri 9:00 to 18:00. For delivery to other regions, please check with us before ordering

6-month warranty

MOFT products come with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear, mechanical damage or signs of improper use. For a warranty claim, write to us, we will review the request and replace the product or refund your money

Returns and exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase if the product and its packaging are in original condition. The product must be returned complete. To arrange a return, write to us on Telegram

Personal data

We store your name, phone and address only to fulfill your order. We do not pass them to third parties, except when this is needed for delivery or required by law. More details in the privacy policy
